Recently, some truly unsettling underwater footage has left people terrified of the deep sea. OceanX shared a video on YouTube showing a massive, prehistoric creature, and even the most courageous viewers found themselves spooked.
An Encounter with a Colossal Predator

The bluntnose sixgill shark is truly a creature from another era. This ancient species can grow up to 20 feet in length, weighing an average of 500 kilograms. Some of the larger specimens, however, can tip the scales at a staggering 1,000 kilograms, cementing its status as one of the ocean’s true titans.
What really unsettled viewers, though, was the shark’s eerie appearance. Its prehistoric features, especially its eyes, sent chills down spines. One commenter said, “If not the size, this shark’s eye alone would have given me a straight heart attack.”
