Strict Rule Celebrities Must Follow Before Receiving Jaw-Dropping Items Inside $1,000,000 Golden Globes Gift Bag

This Year’s Luxury Gift Bags Went to All Nominees and Presenters at the Golden Globes

Some celebrities might have overlooked the fine print when it came to receiving their $1 million Golden Globe gift bags.

The Golden Globes on Sunday night (January 5) marked the kick-off of this year’s awards season. Among the winners were Demi Moore, Kieran Culkin, and Zoe Saldaña, who took home honors in their respective categories.

But for those who didn’t win, including nominees and award presenters like Vin Diesel, there was a consolation prize—an exclusive $1 million goody bag. Not a bad way to go home after a big night, right?

The contents of these luxurious bags were curated by the Robb Report, a prestigious lifestyle publication.

All 100 eligible celebrities received a range of high-end gifts, including:

  • A five-day luxury yacht charter throughout the Coral Triangle in Indonesia ($60,000)
  • A one-night stay in a Beverly Hills suite ($1,500)
  • A five-night stay at a Grand Cayman resort ($55,000)
  • Beau Domaine The Fluid Cream ($209)
  • A choice of decadent organic-linen or cotton sateen sheets ($572 – $1,392)
  • A cutting-edge LED Light Therapy Face Mask Series 2 ($469)
  • Vitamin C Serum and COQ10 ($98)
  • A kit of flowery skin-care essentials ($290)
  • A bottle of The Hearach Single Malt Scotch Whisky and/or Isle of Harris Gin ($90 and $150)

However, the total value of these gifts doesn’t quite add up to a million dollars. That’s because some of the most luxurious items were reserved for only a select few.

For example, a private flight and stay in Finland to see the Northern Lights worth $48,000 was available to just one lucky recipient. And only nine celebrities were given the chance to enjoy a three-night stay in a beachfront villa in Turks and Caicos, valued at over $500,000.

50 of the celebs could get their hands on a trip to the Maldives (JOALI BEING)

Given the limited number of exclusive gifts, if someone like Ralph Fiennes, who was nominated for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for The Conclave, wanted to claim the trip to Finland, they’d have to be the first of the 100 eligible celebs to sign up.

The same “first come, first served” rule applied to the other limited-edition gifts available to only a few celebrities.

Personally, I’d be fighting to grab the three-night stay in a six-bedroom Caribbean estate villa—what a dream!
